SPECIFICATIONS
Sl. No	Material	Description
1	MAIN SHELL	The main fabrication of the structural frame work shall be integral & all welded type to comprise of the bottom frame, overall frame work, internal, external cladding with insulation and other peripherals. Sloping self-draining roof and desired door-window, A/C openings etc.
2	BASE FRAME	The main bottom (Base) frame is fabricated and welded M S pressed steel channel sections/rolled steel box sections, and all the inter connecting cross members shall also be of steel box duly welded length wise & breadth wise and conveniently equispaced.
3	FLOORING	16 MM Thick Cement Particle Boards (Bison / v Boards) and Vinyl Floor Mat 1.5mm thick.
4	SIDE & END WALLS	The exterior cladding of the shell shall be of M S Pressed steel vertical corrugated sheets of 1.2mm and shall be welded to the bottom M S Channel frame, corner posts, top frame & roof frame. All the gaps are sealed at the edges & at seams, bottom sills & will prevent ingress of insects, moisture etc.
5	ROOF	The roof shall be made of 1.2mm thick plain MS. Steel sheets and is provided with adequately reinforced sections from inside for additional strength and this shall be able to comfortably resist loads.
6	INSULATION	50 MM Thick Glass wool/ Thermocole shall be provided on all side walls, end walls, roof with special adhesives.
7	INNER PANELLING	8mm thick Pre laminated boards shall be screwed on the sidewall internal section/square tubes. All the vertical & horizontal corners and vertical joints of panels shall be fixed with beading patties.
8	DOORS	The shutter shall be opened outside. MS/GI Door of 30 mm thick filled with PU Foam and both sides will be painted with suitable color. These doors shall be fixed with heavy gauge M. S hinges & Hydraulic doors closer. For Toilet PVC Doors Shall be provided
9	WINDOW	Aluminum Sliding Windows of size 3 x 3 with MS Grills and Mosquito Net.
10	PAINTING	One Coat Epoxy primer and one coat Epoxy Finish Paint of Light Grey or White color.
11	ELECTRICALS	All switches and sockets shall be of I S I medium quality.
